Introduction
Welcome to Nifayah Clean and Earn (“Nifayah”), an innovative service platform connecting users with nearby helpers for various trash pickup services, including general trash, bulk trash, and outdoor trash pickup by request. It is an optional service to provide assistance between individuals and users only, and the application is not affiliated with any official body or specific entity. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our application and services. By accessing or using Nifayah, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
- User Roles
2.1 Individual User (Request Sender)
- Can register and make instant requests for trash pickup with charges defined by Nifayah.
- Has the option to subscribe to monthly services for general trash pickup.
- Can request bulk trash pickup, follow guidelines, schedule pickups, and chat with interested helpers.
- No subscription is required for bulk trash pickup.
2.2 Corporate User (Request Sender)
- Can create a profile using a company email ID and add representatives.
- Can make instant requests for trash pickup with charges defined by Nifayah.
- Has the option to subscribe to monthly services for general trash pickup.
- Can request bulk trash pickup, follow guidelines, schedule pickups, and chat with interested helpers.
- No subscription is required for bulk trash pickup.
2.3 User Role: The Helper (Request Receiver)
- Can register with valid ID and follow app protocols.
- Receives orders from Individual and Corporate users based on proximity.
- Accepts orders and follows instructions for task completion.
- Receives payouts to their wallet upon task completion.
3.1 Guidelines for waste preparation (Individual & Corporate Users)
- General Waste (Non-Recyclable)
- Place all non-recyclable waste (food scraps, hygiene products, etc.) in sealed garbage bags.
- Use sturdy garbage bins with lids to avoid spillage.
- Avoid mixing hazardous waste with general waste.
- Proper arrangement for the helper to come inside your premise and if there is any guards or security or special entrance should be arranged with helper before he come to your premise.
- Describe your location detail clearly to the helper to avoid mistakes Eg: Building No, Floor No, Door No, sharing entrance details, if the lights are off or not.
- Pickup requestor must be above 18year old and matured enough to handle the request.
- No violence, Bad actions, tough with the helper
- No Tips or direct money.
- Nifayah App will not be responsible for any delays happened during the pickup and any of terms above.
- Final Checklist Before Requesting Pickup
- Waste is properly sorted and packed.
- Bags and containers are sealed securely.
- Hazardous waste is handled separately.
- Large items or bulk waste are scheduled for special pickup
3.2 Guidelines for Waste Pickup Helpers
- Waste Pickup Procedure
- Receiving Requests
- Confirm the customer request via the assigned app or communication channel.
- Verify the type and quantity of waste to be collected.
- Pickup Preparation
- Wear proper protective gear (gloves, mask, and uniform).
- Carry necessary tools such as waste bags, hand sanitizer, and a cart if required.
- Ensure the collection vehicle or mode of transport is clean and functional.
- On-Site Collection
- Arrive at the scheduled time and confirm the waste pickup request with the customer on app.
- Inspect the waste to ensure it complies with disposal guidelines (e.g., no hazardous or prohibited items).
- Securely collect and bag the waste, ensuring there is no leakage or spillage.
- Request the customer to confirm pickup completion if required.
3.3. Waste Disposal Procedure
- Transporting Waste
- Ensure the waste is properly sealed and transported safely to the designated public waste bin.
- Avoid overloading and spilling during pickup.
- Disposal Process
- Drop the waste in the assigned public waste bin as per local regulations.
- Ensure the waste is placed correctly inside the bin to prevent overflow or obstruction.
- Report any issues (e.g., full bins, restricted disposal zones) to the management.
3.4 Hygiene & Safety Guidelines
- Always wear gloves and wash hands before and after waste handling.
- Avoid direct contact with waste materials.
- Disinfect hands and tools after each pickup and disposal.
3.5 Customer Interaction & Conduct
- Be polite and professional when interacting with customers.
- Confirm and verify pickup requests before proceeding.
- Refrain from entering customer premises unless explicitly allowed.
- Address any concerns or issues professionally and report unresolved issues to management.
- No violence or bad action against the customer. If there is any misbehave reported will be terminated upon verification.
3.6 Emergency & Incident Reporting
- In case of spills or accidents, follow proper cleanup procedures.
- Follow the general rules of the country.
- If encountering prohibited waste, do not collect and inform the customer and management via app.
- Account Registration and Security
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Service Usage
5.1 Requests and Subscriptions
- Individual and Corporate Users can request services instantly or subscribe for monthly general trash pickup.
- Bulk trash pickups are scheduled and require guideline adherence and helper acceptance.
5.2 Helper Services
- Helpers will be notified of nearby requests and can accept or decline based on availability.
- Helpers must complete tasks as per the instructions provided in the app.
- Payment and Payouts
- Individual and Corporate Users will be charged as per the defined rates for services.
- Helpers will receive payouts upon successful task completion, credited to their wallet in the app.
- User Conduct
- Users agree to use Nifayah services lawfully and ethically.
- Any form of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.
- Liability and Disclaimers
- Nifayah provides a platform for connecting users and helpers but is not responsible for the actual pickup services.
- Nifayah disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
- Termination
- Nifayah reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account for violations of these Terms or other app protocols.
- Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other global laws.
- Changes to Terms
- Nifayah App may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
